Role Summary
- Leading the Migrants’ Aspiration Programme (MAP) to mentor newly emerging migrant leaders across London
- Managing, facilitating or co-facilitating live workshops in the programme

We are Migrants' Rights Network, a UK-based charity that works alongside migrants in their fight for rights and justice. We partner with individuals and organisations to challenge policy and legislation; build leadership and campaigning capacity in migrant communities; and raise awareness of migrants’ rights.
The role we are offering is for a Part Time MAP Programme Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will lead the Migrants’ Aspiration Programme (MAP) to guide and support emerging migrant leaders from across London. The role includes managing the delivery of this programme, facilitating or co-facilitating all live workshops, supporting those participating on the programme, building partnerships, and working closely with the MRN team to make this a programme success.
We are looking for a candidate that has strong experience in working with migrant communities, supporting and managing volunteers, and with excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a zest for managing and developing relationships with volunteers, key partners and stakeholders, a commitment to creating a just society for all migrants and readiness to commit to MRN’s vision and values.
