Role Requirements
- 10+ years experience in international development, environmental policy, or program leadership.

- Proven record of fundraising, partnership development, or external affairs.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and experience in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; local language proficiency is preferred.
- Advanced degree in law with relevance to environmental policy, international development, or regulatory affairs is preferred.
- Experience with forestry, climate, biodiversity, or carbon forestry projects is a plus.
Job Mission
As the Country Representative, you will empower the success of Terraformationās ambitious native forest restoration projects in the Philippines. The Country Representative plays a critical leadership role in refining and executing Terraformationās country-level strategy. Acting as the primary representative of Terraformation in-country, the Country Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with government entities, partners, and stakeholders to enable the successful sourcing, development, and implementation of forest restoration projects.
This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building, and on-the-ground execution. The Country Representative will be instrumental in expanding Terraformationās impact within the country by unlocking new opportunities, supporting fundraising efforts, and coordinating key visits and events.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience (10+ years) in international development, environmental policy, or program leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex stakeholder relationships, especially with governments and donors. Experience negotiating and interfacing with executive-levels across sectors - private organizations, NGOs, and senior government officials. Experience with fundraising, partnership development, or external affairs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High degree of cultural competence and experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is strongly preferred.Preferred Qualifications
