We're The King's Trust, an exciting organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. We've recently changed our name from The Prince's Trust, marking a new chapter in our journey, but our commitment to supporting young people remains the same.

The role of Delivery Manager – Partnership Development is pivotal in shaping how we work with employers, educators, and local partners to deliver impactful services for young people. You'll lead a team of passionate Youth Development Leads, forge strategic relationships in growth sectors, and ensure our programmes unlock real opportunities—whether that's a first job, work experience, or vital skills training.

We're looking for someone with commercial savvy, people leadership, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing young people today. If you're driven by impact and inspired by the power of partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some who have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us.

We offer a great holiday package, flexible working, a benefits platform with discounts on your favourite restaurants, shops and cinemas, and personal development opportunities through our Networks. We also offer generous family leave, interest-free season ticket loans, and a 5% contribution to the Trust Pension Scheme.

We're committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and strive for diversity of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion and sex. We're a Stonewall Top 100 Employer and we are an employer that is Disability Confident. We undertake basic disclosure checks for all roles within the Trust, and for our roles working directly with young people, at an enhanced level.

Please submit a CV, and Cover Letter that includes your experience, transferrable skills and motivation to work for The King's Trust! The Team will be in touch about the next steps shortly after the closing date.
