Role Summary
- Part of AI & Automation team, playing a key role in the Retention tribe.
- Leading the development and improvement of customer-facing AI agent solutions through our Sierra platform.
- Designing, developing, and implementing conversational AI models.
- Establishing evaluation frameworks to maintain quality and compliance.
- Managing the entire lifecycle of AI deployments, including design, context management, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with different teams and articulating complex AI concepts to various stakeholders.

As an AI Applied Scientist, your role will involve leading the development and refinement of customer-facing AI agent solutions, particularly through our Sierra platform. You will work at the intersection of data science and AI application, driving the evolution of high-performing, robust systems capable of handling complex, real-world interactions such as retention negotiations and personalized customer engagement.
Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing conversational AI models, establishing evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and compliance, and iterating on AI capabilities to enhance customer experience. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI deployments, including prompt design, context management, and troubleshooting to optimize conversational flow. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, and you will serve as a technical bridge, effectively communicating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
