The Opportunity
As Multiverse continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled and strategic GTM Systems Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This key role will serve as the essential bridge between our Go-to-Market (GTM) organisation — Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — and the GTM Systems Engineering team.
You will be essential in translating strategic business needs into scalable, efficient system solutions, directly impacting the productivity and growth of our GTM engine. This role reports to the GTM Systems leadership and involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire Revenue Operations function and the wider GTM organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management & Discovery: Act as the primary liaison to the GTM organisation (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to discover, analyse, and document business needs and system enhancement requests.
Solution Translation & Design: Translate high-level business problems and requests into detailed, actionable documentation, including project specifications, user stories, functional requirements, and technical requirements for the GTM Systems Engineers and Administrators.
Project Planning & Execution: Support the planning, prioritisation, and management of the GTM Systems roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with broader Revenue Operations and GTM objectives.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain clear, high-quality documentation, including process maps (AS-IS/TO-BE), system blueprints, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user-facing guides to ensure consistency across the GTM organisation.
Quality Assurance & Verification: Coordinate and lead system testing (UAT/User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are implemented effectively and defect-free.
Stakeholder Management & Enablement: Manage communication and expectations with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on project status, risks, and timelines. Support the creation and delivery of enablement content for GTM teams on new system features and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation and system automation, leveraging no-code/low-code tools and AI capabilities within our GTM stack to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance data quality.
Key Qualifications and Experience
Professional Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role, preferably within a fast-paced B2B technology or SaaS company.
Business Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable system specifications.
GTM Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (e.g., Lead-to-Opportunity, territory management, pipeline management).
Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency with GTM technology platforms, specifically Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), with experience as a power user or administrator, and familiarity with integrated tools (e.g., Gong, Lusha, Cognism, Looker/Tableau, Clay, Zapier, or similar platforms).
Problem-Solving & Operational Thinking: An ability to independently resolve complex process or system issues and iterate quickly to documented, sustainable solutions.
Communication & Collaboration: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing expectations and influencing outcomes with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different teams.
Data Proficiency: Experience working with and analysing data to inform requirements and measure the impact of system changes.
