Role Summary

  • Engage directly with our UK and international Customer Champions team
  • Respond to customer queries via multiple channels like social media, live chat, email, and phone

The role: As a Customer Service Champion, you will be the friendly face of SportPursuit, directly engaging with our UK and International Customer Champions team. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries via social media, live chat, email, and phone. You will also perform daily checks on the website, ensuring the sales, products, and imagery align with what our customers want. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our business expansion.

Job requirements: We are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills, a great eye for detail, and strong analytical and PC skills. A problem-solving mindset, ability to work well under pressure, and a 'can do' attitude are essential. Experience in customer service is preferred, and a passion for sports is a bonus. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous but not required.

Benefits: SportPursuit offers a friendly and dynamic working environment with a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum pro rata. Benefits include 25 days of holiday with the option to purchase 5 additional days, flexible bank holidays, a workplace pension, a learning and development budget, staff discounts, and more. You can work anywhere in the world for up to 30 working days a year. Our hybrid working model allows for remote work, with occasional office visits where free food and drinks are provided.

Please note that we currently do not hold a sponsorship license for work in the UK and can only consider candidates with a permanent right to work in the UK.
