Operations & Support Internship

This role will play a crucial role in supporting our Support and Operations efforts

Since we began in March 2020, we’ve partnered with the UK’s most pioneering restaurants and chefs, including the likes of Angela Hartnett, Ottolenghi, and St. JOHN, to deliver tens of thousands of meals across the country. In 2021, we’re continuing to rapidly increase the diverse range of restaurants and chefs we partner with to serve our growing community of diners.

The Role:

We’re a small team that’s grown fast - In January 2021 we had 6 employees, by September that was 36. We’ve now delivered over 100,00 meal kits, however, we need your help over the festive period to ensure we can deliver a few more.

This role will play a crucial role in supporting our Support and Operations efforts, you'll work to support our team and customers in the following way:

  • Ensuring our customers orders are planned and packed with no errors
  • Owning our corporate concierge service for the festive customers
  • Responding to and resolving customer queries

This role will offer a great opportunity to further your career in operations management, whilst initially this role will be for 2-3 months fixed term depending on your availability, there will be scope for this role to develop into a permanent position for the right candidate.

  • Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with Zendesk
