Business Development Manager

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have impeccable sales skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for driving sales, through multi-medium outreach along with inbound sales channels. They will have a solid track record at hitting and exceeding targets and work well under pressure within a dynamic and evolving start-up environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistent sourcing and development of new leads through prospecting calls and other outbound prospecting methods
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting presentation appointments
  • Planning, preparation, and delivery of sales presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Managing objections in the sales process
  • Preparing sales quotes and proposals
  • Manage schedules and activities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3 Years Business Development experience
  • Experience in outbound sales & new business
  • Experienced in sales and lead generation activities within the B2B sector
  • Technically proficient at utilising CRM systems – we use Salesforce and Outreach
  • Experience of hitting and superseding targets
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with ease
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Start-up experience a bonus
