Senior Strategic Project Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join our team. This role will drive the execution of Coursera's most critical, company-level strategic initiatives that span 1-2 quarters and multiple top-level functions. From day one, the Strategic Project Manager will have an immediate impact on our ability to execute these strategic priorities effectively and efficiently. This role reports to the VP, Chief of Staff. Success will be measured through the following: Strategic initiative completion (on time, high quality), Template/tool adoption and scaling, Stakeholder satisfaction (especially the Executive Team). Objectives include driving execution excellence for 1-2 concurrent strategic transformation initiatives, creating and managing sophisticated project infrastructure, enabling effective stakeholder coordination, ensuring systematic tracking, and building scalable templates and tools. Responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives, designing project management infrastructure, coordinating across stakeholder groups, and building scalable project management capability.
