Forward Institute

Program Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional Programme Coordinator to support the logistics of our Fellowship Programme and help provide our 120 participants each year with a high quality, impactful experience.

It is an exciting and rare opportunity to work with senior leaders from a number of organisations in the public, private and social sectors.

Leaders on the Fellowship Programme explore the nature of responsible leadership and practical approaches for tackling complex organisational change. Relationships are everything; you'll have a real interest in delivering a programme that engenders a strong sense of community amongst the Fellows. • > Driving proactive written and verbal communication with participants, editing biographies, short essays and reports, proofing communication, and sending follow up emails
  • > Coordinating the printing of collateral for events
  • > Handling programme registrations, last minute cancellations, queries and questions
  • > Reviewing and using feedback to drive improvements in our programmes
  • > Booking in check in calls with participants
