Opportunity: At present, you’ll find Blanco Niño food service tortillas in 16 European countries and their retail tortilla chips in 5 markets. The business has big growth ambitions. To achieve these, Blanco Niño needs to take it’s brand and creative output to the next level. As a brand-led business, this role is critical to the company’s success. 

Place of work: Flexible - Lisbon, Portugal or London, United Kingdom 

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Commencement Date of Employment: Q1 2022

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience working in brand, design or creative communications
  • Experience in delivering creative output for a business
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator or comparable creative software
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and a desire to do things differently
  • Ability to present to senior leadership team

Role & Responsibilities:

As the Creative Communications Manager, you are responsible for all visual outputs of the business. 

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Strategy and planning of Creative Communications with the marketing team focused on how to raise brand awareness in new and existing markets in conjunction with overall business strategy
  • Delivery of visuals across social media, website, retail POS and all channels
  • Creative suite development & management including production of photography, film and illustration
  • Create and be the guardian of brand guidelines
  • Packaging branding development. We have some exciting products in the pipeline…
  • Brand Collaborations Development & Management 
  • Agency/Freelancer Management (if required)
  • Support of the Sales function with trade marketing initiatives
