We are currently recruiting to 2 positions within the Trust -
192-CS-21-1280 - Senior Improvement Coach - you will provide expert leadership and facilitation of continuous improvement activities across the organisation in line with the Trust’s strategic priorities. The pay scale for this role is NHS Agenda for Change Band 8a (£47,126 - £53,219 per annum)
192-CS-21-1281 - Improvement Facilitator - you will join this team to work closely with our clinical, operational corporate and support teams to coach, facilitate and train continuous improvement approaches to support the delivery and improvement of our services in line with our strategic priorities. This role is at NHS Agenda for Change Band 6 (£32,306 - £39,027 per annum pro rata)
