Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Extensive experience in design and delivery of adult training and coaching

  • Advanced qualifications in pedagogy, teaching, or early years education
  • Experience managing external partnerships and understanding of inclusive practice and SEND support

The Role: We are seeking a Childminder Learning & Development Lead to join our remote-first UK team. In this role, you will lead the continuous professional development of childminders, ensuring they deliver outstanding practice and thrive in their businesses and careers. You will manage the CPD calendar and content library, develop and deliver learning using various approaches, and create high-quality learning content with the aid of technology and AI. Collaboration with a network of consultants and experts to broaden learning provision is also a key part of this role.

Job Requirements: Candidates should have extensive experience in designing and delivering adult training and coaching, deep knowledge of EYFS, child development, and childminding practice. A passion for experimenting with new tools and approaches, strong analytical skills, and exceptional project management abilities are essential. Advanced qualifications in pedagogy, teaching, or early years education are required, along with experience in managing external partnerships and a good understanding of inclusive practice and SEND support.
