About the role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Beam Recruit team. Beam Recruit is a new startup within a startup: partnering with values-driven employers who can now hire from an exciting new talent pool of disadvantaged people using Beam.

Already, we’re working with a stellar list of household names and scale-up tech companies who hire from Beam. Your job is to help us nurture and grow these relationships - allowing us to create even more life-changing impact this year and beyond.

You’ll be

  • Working closely with the Head of Beam Recruit & Client Success Manager to ensure our employer partners can successfully hire people using Beam’s service 
  • Managing day-to-day internal operational processes, like updating our candidate management system, spreadsheets and sending candidate applications to employers
  • Proactively spotting problems (we’re a startup, so there are always things to fix and improve!) and bringing smart, simple solutions
  • Preparing content for client meetings, such as slide decks 
  • Analysing data and bringing new ideas to client meetings
  • Researching industry hiring trends to direct sales activity
  • Organizing high quality events


You are

  • Super responsive, with incredible attention to detail and the ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Deeply passionate about helping change lives, gaining real satisfaction in seeing our service improve incrementally
  • Excited to work with various departments inside Beam (Ops, Product, Partnerships) and be a key contact for internal teams
  • Passionate about using technology to deliver exceptional services to disadvantaged people and employers alike 


You’ll need

  • >1 years experience in a client or customer-facing role in a startup, B2B scale-up or professional or financial services
  • Comfortable delivering insights from datasets, creating and presenting decks internally and externally 
  • High level of written and spoken articulacy and excitement to work with multiple stakeholders 
  • A passion for ethical recruitment and diversity and inclusion
