Operations Manager - FinOps

Treasury is a critical growth driver for CREOATE, helping us offer invoice options to retailers so they can grow their business on sustainable terms. As an early member of a strategic team, you will work closely with team leads in managing all aspects of Cash Collection and Payments across the UK and USA.

What you’ll do:

- Execute on our strategy and execution of Cash Collections, Recovery Agencies and Retailer Support

- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product and Finance in constantly A/B testing initiatives and improving our service

- Own cash flow targets and manage day to day operations in a fast paced, metrics based environment

- Build data driven reporting and insights on collections, recoveries performance and cohort health

- Support principled risk-taking in emerging products and markets by building frameworks for credit analysis

- Proactively improve our underwriting and operations; and collaborate to build innovative products from scratch

- Achieve big goals with a data driven approach

Your profile:

- 2+ years experience in credit operations or underwriting, preferably serving SMBs and retail businesses at a fintech start-up

- Comfortable using data to identify problems and trends, and implement solutions

- Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau are beneficial in hitting the ground running though not required
