About the role

We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join the Beam Recruit team. Beam Recruit is a startup within a startup: partnering with values-driven employers who want to diversify their workforce, and hire from an exciting talent pool of disadvantaged candidates. 

We’re already working with a stellar list of household names and scale-up tech companies who hire from Beam. Your job is to help us to deliver excellent client service - allowing us to create even more life-changing impact this year and beyond. 

You’ll be

  • Acting as the first line of support for our employer partners, responding to queries and redirecting messages to appropriate members of the team

  • Managing a small portfolio of your own employer partners and supporting our Partnerships Managers on larger accounts and pitches - developing the skills for your future career

  • Supporting the client success team with day-to-day internal operational processes such as:
    • updating our candidate management system 

    • managing internal reporting

    • sending candidate applications to employer partners

    • scheduling assessment days and training sessions for our candidates

    • coordinating - and occasionally running - events and webinars, for our candidates and our employer partners

    • monitoring candidate engagement at our training events, and working with the team to continually iterate and improve our processes 

  • Proactively spotting problems (we’re a startup, so there are always things to fix and improve!) and bringing smart, simple solutions

  • Excited to support an ever-growing team to achieve our collective goals

  • Super responsive, with incredible attention to detail and the ability to execute across multiple projects simultaneously

  • Keen to develop your Google Sheet / Excel skills

  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys working with others to make things happen

  • Deeply passionate about helping change lives, gaining real satisfaction in seeing our service improve incrementally

You’ll need

  • >1 years experience in an client or customer-facing role in a startup, recruitment agency, B2B scale-up or professional or financial services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're excited to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Great organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data

  • A passion for ethical recruitment and diversity and inclusion
