European Sales Manager

Premium sexual wellness brand with B2B customers across Europe seeks a self motivated account management and business developer.

> An exciting business development role within a fast expanding luxury brand operating globally in the sexual health and wellness arena.

Co- ownership of the growth objectives with the wider Business Development team (sales managers, product marketing, and digital marketing)

Drive outbound lead generation activities as part of our growth objectives

Achieve and exceed monthly targets in arranging first time sales meetings

Defining and structuring the strategy in approaching your target market - Via telemarketing, market visits, trade shows, direct marketing etc.

Work with Marketing to support local & international business development initiatives


Measure effectiveness and refine tailored campaigns to meet the demands and expectations of your market

Research target clients and reach out to target retailers.

Keep all data and content in our CRM (HubSpot) accurate


Strong analytics skills: demonstrated results in data-driven decision making.

 Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and inspire trust.

Excellent project management skills: end-to-end project planning and management.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills: with the ability to simplify complex ideas and create compelling presentations.

Deliver results, self-motivated, tenacious character

Self-starter who enjoys identifying opportunities and developing strategies/plans to address them

 Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to analyse results and present to stakeholders

> Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
