Life’s too short to have a boring time at work. Luckily, at The Wine Fusion, this doesn’t happen too often.

We are one of the country’s most innovative suppliers of bespoke wines. We manage the whole process from beginning to end – the idea, the blend, the shipping and production. We are passionate about making our wines as delicious as we can, and bringing them to market in innovative, characterful and eye-catching ways.

We are secure enough to attract some of the most prestigious clients in the industry, large enough to rise to the most ambitious of wine production challenges, yet small enough to deliver the personal, characterful service which, we believe, sets us apart.

As our business keeps expanding, we are now looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our close-knit team.

That person will get an opportunity to work on the cutting-edge of the wine world, with the ability to make a real difference, spread their own wings and grow professionally, personally (and hopefully financially!) in a fast-paced yet always supportive environment.

We don’t believe in unnecessary bureaucracy, office politics or glass ceilings. We don’t need any wine bores around here either. In short, this is a blank canvas on which a savvy person can truly shine.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll gradually be taking the ropes on that side of the business to make sure our clients’ thirst is quenched and most of their wishes come true.

We really love it when our customers are happy and if you’re a confident, personable type who likes to spread the love too, we really need you!

Your organisational skills are also highly valued. If you love a tussle with a spreadsheet, a dalliance with a database or a wrestle with a computer system, we have lots of them. We would greatly appreciate someone who can eventually look at our business processes and help to make them tighter, faster, and smarter.

Although our existing team members have core responsibilities, we are a compact group, so when there’s a job to be done, we all muck in.

The position is largely office-based (it just makes things easier when we’re all in the same space) but we are open to flexible working arrangements, both in terms of hours or work location.
