Your role

Your role will own all strategic relationships with our broker and agent community, maximising

lead generation opportunities to deliver forecast revenue.

You’ll be the brand ambassador for Work.life within the industry, relentlessly building & maintaining great

relationships to drive engagement with our business.

We are looking for a passionate, pro-active person who can support in driving our business as if it were their own. Must be a people-person, fun-loving, organised, insanely efficient, and relentless in building great relationships.

We trust you to prioritise well, maintain great relationships & make considered recommendations on sales opportunities. Our central sales team are role models in driving sales, as well as keeping our businesses profitable by balancing the right deals against the right opportunities in our spaces. Your day to day

You’ll identify opportunities for new potential partners & agents in the market & actively drive these

You’ll support the Commercial Director by leading improvements in reporting across the sales function, including reporting, forecasting and pipeline management – helping us to understand performance & market trends

You’ll provide insight on pricing, innovation & market developments within the industry to enable strong decision making

You’ll build relationships across our industry by supporting events & activations and being regularly visible in our spaces

You’ll support the team by updating training & marketing collateral & sharing your own new ideas in this area

You’ll lead on improving content & communication through our 3rd party partnerships, enabling better quality leads

You’ll support our membership teams to deliver a great product through proactive education & training

You’ll proactively manage all internal & external communications regarding new locations & availability

You’ll design & innovate incentives and engagement events to deliver exceptional relationships with our brokers, agents & internal teams

You’ll attend key events on behalf of the company, consistently broadening the network of the business

You’ll be measured in this role by:

oImprovement in broker engagement

oImproved enquiry to tour conversion with all brokers & agents

oDelivery of revenue and EBITDA budget & any revised forecasts

oIncrease in tour bookings from direct outreach

oQuality of support to Central Sales team in converting leads to deal.

About you

·You’ll have 3+ years of coworking or commercial workspace sales/marketing experience

·You’re able to share a strong track record of account / relationship management with demonstrable revenue & profit delivery

·You’ll be confident, persuasive & engaging – a great communicator as well as a great listener – able to understand new and existing members’ needs & collaborate brilliantly with both our support team & the teams in each of our spaces

·You’re able to adapt your style & communication skills to suit a broad audience

·You’re passionate about the workspace & office industry & actively share this with others

·You’re commercially minded and able to understand revenue & profit opportunities to deliver the best deal for the business

·You’re super organised, a diary ninja & have consistently great attention to detail

·You’ll be ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit; self motivated and full of energy to be part of a team with big plans for the year ahead!

·You’re up for travel where it’s needed (mostly in central London) – happy to jump in to tour our spaces if required & build relationships face to face

·The interview process will be three stages; a phone interview & two face to face interviews - with the final interview including a short presentation
