What you will be doing:
- Developing a strong and collaborative relationship with hiring managers
- Market research to effectively benchmark compensation for roles
- Designing appealing Role Specifications that will attract our ideal candidate profile
- UK University Career Service relationship management for Graduate talent
- Marketing activity across our socials, recruitment website and also through ad hoc events
- Managing candidate souring across multiple different recruitment channels
- Strategy for non traditional candidate sourcing; developing creative 'out of the box' solutions to source talent
- Phone screening. Building a strong rapport with candidates and identifying ideal 'talent' to progress to formal interview
- Interview pack creation and design. Identifying key role competencies for questions and developing a candidate scoring system
- Coaching staff in interview technique and supporting early stage interviews. Supporting and advising senior staff in post interview feedback
- Offer communication and management
- During seasonal periods of low recruitment there will be the opportunity to take on 'Employee Engagement' responsibilities as part of the People and Culture Team
Requirements:
- Final year or recent Graduate
- A creative thinker who is able to develop innovative solutions
- A natural communicator who has excellent written and oral communicator skills
- A motivated self starter who is able to take on significant ownership and responsibility of work
- An instinctive problem solver, who can both identify issues and then work out and deliver solutions
- Someone who possesses strong strategic skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- A personable individual with strong stakeholder management skills
