The opportunity 

We are growing fast and have an exciting opportunity for a mission driven full stack marketeer to join us at an important stage of our journey. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver multi channel marketing strategies across the fast growing x+why site portfolio to support and drive sales growth.

This role will work closely with the founding team and report to the Community Director to strategies and deliver bespoke marketing initiatives to drive pre-sales before our new buildings open and then work with the Community teams to make sure local marketing strategies are executed in each building to ensure they are occupied in line with projected occupancy ramp up (and targeting communities of mission driven businesses, leaders and entrepreneurs).

The person

We are looking for somebody data-driven, confident, proactive, and with an entrepreneurial spirit. You should feel energised by the idea of collaborating with others and be genuinely passionate about working for a purpose-driven company and with a community of purpose-driven entrepreneurs, leaders and communities. We need a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty too.  This role presents an exciting opportunity for a marketing manager, with property experience, to step up and lead the strategy and delivery of local marketing activity for our growing business.
