Sales and Pop-up Manger

Key Responsibilities 

Pop-ups and In-store Experiences

  • Management and delivery of John Lewis pop-ups, Spirit fairs and additional brand pop-up experiences
  • Hold annual pop-up calendar and organise bookings, operations, logistics, marketing and team to facilitate pop-ups.
  • Responsible for driving overall  performance and profitability for Pop-ups 
  • Ambassador recruitment - manage, organise, recruit and select teams to facilitate pop-ups
  • Continuously develop ambassador leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet pop-up objectives.
  • Responsible for health and safety plans for pop-ups 
  • The ultimate ambassador - represent the brand on pop-ups

Management of Ambassador network 

  • Responsible for growing the network and retaining ambassadors
  • Recruitment and training of ambassadors
  • Manage the ambassador network - create monthly update email and stay connected with Alumni 

Online and Third Party Partners

  • Management of  online sales performance and all third party accounts
  • Responsible for optimising product listings and suggesting ways to improve them
  • Track, analyse and respond to sales data to ensure sales targets are met
  • Lead weekly sales meeting to communicate performance, suggesting ways to improve and respond to management
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

Wholesale accounts

  • Represent Recognised, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and uphold our brand values 
  • Generate leads, build and nurture account relationships
  • Visit stockists as part of lead generation and account management
  • Research of trade shows and new sale leads
  • Manage trade show bookings, operations, display and marketing material and full delivery of shows. 
  • The ultimate ambassador - represent the brand on pop-ups and at trade shows
  • Responsible for invoicing and order fulfilment of wholesale orders 

Analysis, communication and growth

  • Execute the strategic sales plan to expand customer base and sales revenue.
  • Analyse, track and communicate sales performance across all channels, making recommendations for sales correction and growth
  • Work with marketing personnel to deliver sales promotions in response to planned activity as well as sales enhancements
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to communicate and explain sales performance, making suggestions for correcting and enhancing sales

Travel is essential to this role - ability to travel 20% of week and be available for pop-ups and trade shows outside of usual working hours
