About the opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Food for Life Get Togethers team. Food for Life Get Togethers is an innovative programme that brings people together through cooking, growing and sharing good food. We work across the UK with national and local partners and have so far engaged over 1,500 groups and reached almost 150,000 people through our programme of networking activities, campaigns and a new Food Leadership initiative. Now in our fourth year, our priorities are on delivering the remainder of the programme, maximising our impact and sharing our learning, both internally and with the wider good food movement.
You will have considerable programme management experience, overseeing effective programme coordination and be comfortable working in a complex, multi-stakeholder programme. You will be experienced in designing both quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation tools and comfortable with data collection, analysis, reporting and presentation. You will be a highly competent user of Excel and CRM systems. You will be highly numerate and confident with budget management systems. Knowledge of programmes that deliver impact for climate, nature and/or health would be beneficial as would a demonstrable empathy with the values aims and objectives of the Soil Association.
