We are growing fast and are looking for a new Workspace Advisor to join our team. Our workspace advisory team helps guide and advise customers through the process from initial research to finding and negotiating on the right workspace solution. You will be answering questions, arranging & attending viewings, negotiating prices with workspace owners/operators and building long-term relationships with your customers, as well as our workspace partners. You'll need to think critically, interact with empathy, offer creative solutions and very quickly become a trusted confidant to our customers.

Placing a business in a new office every 3 hours, Hubble has worked with some of the UK’s most exciting companies including Monzo, GoCardless, Jaguar Land Rover, Accenture, WPP, and PwC. Join us as we make hybrid working easy and accessible to all!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hosting new client pitches, preparing availability reports, attending viewing tours, negotiating competitive commercial terms.
  • Taking responsibility for your own KPI’s.
  • Feeding back to the product team in order to improve the user experience.
  • Working closely with the supply team to ensure inventory remains up to date, and that we are always offering 100% coverage of the market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and office operators/landlords.
  • Developing an in depth understanding of Hubble’s proposition and being comfortable pitching the benefits to potential clients.
  • Pitching multiple products in the new hybrid world of work, advising clients on their overall workspace strategy which will likely involve a mixture of on-demand space, wfh, and head office.
  • Regular feedback of insights to influence and improve Hubble’s customer proposition for office searchers and office providers.
  • Contributing to sales strategy and identifying potential for efficiencies in the sales process.


  • Technology savvy and willing to learn new advanced tools.
  • Competent using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Well developed negotiation, presentation and communication skills with strong consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload independently.
  • Energetic, passionate, and driven individual who can easily collaborate with others.
  • At ease when communicating with others, whether that’s via email, phone or face to face.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable taking initiative, suggesting improvements and making decisions independent of others.

Big plus if you have

  • Experience of flexible office sector.
  • Experience working in startup environment.
