You will get visibility into the full cycle of EF, including talent and program operations. The Talent team focuses on discovering high potential founders before they’re founders and enabling high potential talent to embark on a life changing journey by accessing entrepreneurship through our platform. The Program (Form + Launch) team focuses on enabling the selected individuals (cohort members) to find the right co-founder and help to develop and refine ambitious ideas, and then to turn those ideas into a seed-funded business.What You’ll Do Joining EF Toronto means you’ll be involved in many aspects of the organization and will be on the Program team and collaborate with Talent when required.   Event Operations:- Lead organizing and coordinating of events such as investor dinners and socials where EF invites potential founder candidates. This includes selecting event location, managing RSVPs, running day-of operations, and being the point of contact throughout the process- Support the Program team in running events and sessions to facilitate team-building and ensuring cohort members have a first-class experience - Act as front of house, receiving and greeting visitors to our office for guest judges/investors and ensuring cohort event and pitches  run smoothly  Systems Operations: - Be the point person for leading all the set up and scheduling for onboarding a new cohort, including capturing bank information, photo release, code of conduct etc- Track the onboarding process for new founders: managing Airtable, onboarding details, founders completion of required tasks and follow ups as needed - Join online content sessions to manage participants, record and upload recordings/ slides to Wiki - Collect NPS/ feedback from cohorts on a timely basis and follow ups as required - Coordinate scheduling for weekly meetings with advisors and any ad hoc support- Manage the loading and maintaining of investor CRM, ensuring it is coordinated across all sites globally - Collect from portfolio companies content required for investor landing page: gathering company/founder blurbs, investor deck links, reviewing copy, QA links- Track investor intros and requests   Office & Communication: - Induct each new cohort to the office and how it works including setting up MaRS office passes- Identify opportunities for improving the office, implementation new processes where necessary, and manage the meeting rooms to make sure they are used appropriately - Track weekly communications needed and draft communications to be posted on Slack  This is an in-person role based in our office downtown Toronto (MaRS building)EF champions diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment in which a wide variety of backgrounds thrive.
