The role:From the #bluepoopchallenge to our groundbreaking research on menopause, at ZOE we help people understand and improve their health. We’re looking for a versatile marketer to join our team to lead brand campaigns that stand out and drive awareness and trust.Reporting to the VP Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will help bring our brand philosophy and scientific research to life across key channels. You’ll be responsible for supporting brand strategy, developing brand guidelines, and leading brand campaigns.This is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s passionate about health and nutrition. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and have a stellar record of driving impact with integrated marketing campaigns.You will be responsible for:- Owning end-to-end ideation, concept creation, execution, and measurement of brand campaigns, including the announcement of new nutrition discoveries published in peer-reviewed journals, brand influencer campaigns, and tentpole brand moments- Working cross-functionally with Content, Product, Design, and channel owners within the Marketing team on the go-to market strategy and channel mix for each new content release, inspiring others with a mission, building a plan for flawless execution from concept through to delivery, and debriefing.- Driving execution - from making sure everyone is aligned on the what and when to jumping in to do what it takes to make the launch-Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in future initiatives through analytics, reporting, and retrospectives. Over time, building a well-oiled, agile, and adaptable machine to help millions discover ZOE.- Embedding ZOE’s tone of voice across all communicationsWe are looking for:- Expertise leading cross-functional, integrated campaigns including positioning, messaging, channel/communication planning, and reporting/evaluating success- Experience with digital marketing tactics, planning, and reporting, with strong understanding of social media, influencer, blog content, email, and PR- Best-in-class organization to project manage high priority company-wide initiatives- Creativity. You love to develop new ideas that can stand out in a crowded market.- A storyteller that can translate insights into action through strategic communication with a clear message and creative implementation to deliver against goals- You enjoy digging into the data and performance, finding actionable insights, and leveraging those to influence future campaigns, activations and even iterations to the product- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- A great collaborator who people enjoy working with. You have experience working cross-functionally.- 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience
