The Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and manage deployment pipelines in an AWS environment who is comfortable working with tech like Terraform whilst helping developers grow.

You’ll be working with a couple of other DevOps Engineers to support an ever growing engineering team. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience working with containerisation within a high-profile 24/7 environment. Ideally, you know programming languages to help us grow our automation

What you'll be doing

  • Build the infrastructure to support our existing and upcoming products

  • Administer and support our AWS based infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, resilient and performant

  • Work closely with our engineers to build and maintain effective CI/CD pipelines into Kubernetes clusters.

  • Proactively maintain the security of our systems

  • Plan for the maintainability of the infrastructure and foresee weaknesses in the setup

  • Identify new technologies where appropriate to improve automation

  • Document infrastructure setup and best practices


What we're looking for


  • Real-world, hands-on experience with containerisation

  • Belief that anything and everything can be automated with code

  • Experience administering a 24/7, high profile infrastructure

  • Comfortable writing automation code

  • Comfortable reading application code when need to dig deep

  • Experience with logging and monitoring

  • Recent hands-on experience with AWS

  • Good understanding of networks, security, load balancers, DNS, etc

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

The interview process

  • A short exercise to complete in your own time

  • Video or face-2-face interview where
