About the role

We’re looking for a Community Executive who will join the Experience team to provide an excellent experience for our members. Ultimately, you will be able to act as the face and voice of our brand, manage community engagement and provide hands-on support in programme delivery. Your end-goal is to drive members through our member engagement funnel from on-boarding to leadership status.

We're currently able to offer up to £25k for this role.

A Day in the Life of the Community Executive might look something like this:

  • Collaborate with the wider content team to publish engaging content: events, written and video content.

  • Monitor and report on member feedback and trends.

  • Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

  • Support the training of the programme delivery teams to onboard and manage their cohort members.

  • Get close to our scaling companies, developing an understanding of their challenges and needs.

  • Help to onboard companies to the Growth Platform and handle any queries relating to its operation, and in particular subscriptions.

  • Help to devise, create and deliver a calendar of events across our platform member companies.

As well as sharing our ambitions and values you will have:

  • Previously built communities online, ideally in the SaaS space.

  • Experience of running online events and activities (e.g. managing an ambassador programme or creating a content series) that generate engagement in an online community as well as understanding community management practises and working with other Community Managers.

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, or other engagement metrics)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret website/app traffic and online customer engagement metrics.

  • Entrepreneurial, with a collaborative approach.

  • Passionate in supporting the entrepreneurs and their c-suite.

  • Self-motivated, curious and comfortable working independently as well as being able to establish great relationships internally and externally.

  • A proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.

  • Be committed to quality, with the will to drive improvements.
