Business Development Executive

Our Business Development Executive will qualify potential leads with both inbound queries and proactive outreach. They will create accurate client briefs and write market-leading proposals, be driven by data to inform their approach, and work effectively with the Head of BD in managing the supply and demand in the business.

• Do you enjoy writing engaging, dynamic and informative communication that convert to leads?
• Are you passionate about the Talent/Development space, especially Early Careers?
• Our ideal candidate will bring innovative solutions to market and generate interest in them.
• They will have 2 years + commercial experience ideally in an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment- BD and Marketing.
• They are ambitious with strong goal orientation, articulate & engaging with our clients, they want to join The Smarty Train and be a Smarty!
