Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

Join Kitt as they are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

Hi, we’re Kitt - a managed office platform that helps tenants to find, design, move-in and thrive in their perfect space, with everything delivered in a single monthly price. A Kitt office is one that brings people together, elevates your culture and ultimately delivers space for you to do your best work - we think that’s pretty cool.

The Role

From Interior designers through to software developers, as Talent Acquisition Executive here at Kitt, you’ll be tasked with finding the best talent on the market and bringing them on to the team. Talent Acquisition is one of few departments that collaborates with every part of the business, so this is a real opportunity to gain insight into each team all whilst developing skills in relationship building, sales, employer branding and creative problem solving. Joining a lean people team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and progress alongside the business whilst seeing the impact that you’re having on the business every day.

You will be:

  • Searching for talent on various channels (like Linkedin) and writing enticing outreach messages.
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes, with the support of your manager, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged throughout.
  • Learning how to facilitate briefing meetings with stakeholders and editing job descriptions in line with brand tone of voice.
  • Building on your recruitment knowledge and staying up to date with the market.
  • Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting telephone interviews yourself, and scheduling in person or online interviews for your candidates and stakeholders.
  • Helping to build and innovate within a small talent function.
  • Partnering with our Marketing team to build and maintain a strong employer brand.

About you

  • You’re looking for your first or second commercial role and want to gain a holistic knowledge of a business.
  • You’re the ultimate Kitt brand ambassador, you’re excited about what we’re doing and can inspire enthusiasm in others.
  • As a creative problem solver, you thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • As a people person, building relationships comes naturally to you and is something that you enjoy.
  • You put the candidate first and know what it means to create an amazing interviewing experience.
  • You’re not afraid of difficult conversations and can give feedback in a constructive and kind way.
  • You’re an expert communicator in both written and spoken English.

Why Kitt?

Whether it be our Leasing Managers helping tenants to find the perfect location, our Interior Designers bringing the space to life, or our Space Partners arranging the coffee and cleaning once moved in - our team do it all, so that our tenants can focus on their business.

We are on a mission to empower companies to thrive in their own tailored, hassle-free space. In less than 2 years we have grown to become London’s second biggest Managed operator (by number of buildings) and we’re just getting started.

We’re a well funded scale-up backed by one of London’s top venture capital investors. We partner with landlords to provide our tenants with tailored managed offices that they can call their own; using the latest technology to help digitise the space (Using 3D property scans, VR designs, virtual receptionists and a Tenant App to name a few). We’re leading the charge in an unexplored segment of the market.

Interview Process

  1. Telephone screen with Abigail Ajibola (Senior People Operations Executive)
  2. In person interview including a task with Lizzie McFaull (Talent Acquisition Lead) and Steve Coulson (CEO & Co-Founder)
