About the position
The right candidate will be responsible for activating new and existing customers, winning new business, and delivering sales targets.

o Basic salary £25,000- £28,000 pa (experience based)

What we're looking for
o Strong verbal, visual and written skill
o Hunter mentality, confident, competitive, ambitious and driven
o Passion for sales, possess a strong desire to win deals and succeed in the role
o Organised and methodical
o Basic MS Office and IT systems skills
o Target and KPI driven
o A passion for sustainability and knowledge of UK cafe/ coffee culture
o Previous sales experience in either would be great
What we expect
o Win new business and revive lapsed customers
o Build and research your own pipeline of new business leads
o Qualifying leads and scope of opportunity.
o Scheduling high quality appointments with potential customers
o Planning days to maximise call activity, plan follow up calls, improve quality of customer information.
o Conducting a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective new customers.
o Focus on cafe, HORECA and Retail (gift)
o Follow-up, check customer satisfaction and look for future orders / growth opportunities.
o Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the company and its products to have valuable conversation with the customers/potential customers
o Meet weekly and monthly activity targets and KPIs.
o Record activity in CRM
