Assets & Operations Coordinator

Dynamic Hackney Charity seeks operations and customer service co-ordinator to support our portfolio of interesting tenants and help manage our assets, providing essential revenue for the programmes we run here at the Trust.

As the Assets & Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enabling the smooth operational running of the organisation and its assets, supporting the core support team and senior leadership team, acting as a point of contact for tenants.

The role supports on the coordination and management of the Trust’s assets - iNDUSTRY Workspaces: 8 Orsman Road & 21 Whiston Road and 159 Hoxton Street – including tenant liaison, maintenance, Health & Safety, tenant and property management and marketing. The role also supports across the organisation on routine core and finance tasks.

Within this varied position, you will be working closely within the Core team to ensure tenants are supported, that our different spaces meet our tenants needs and to build strong relationships with our tenants for the benefit of our charitable aims.  

The role is ideally suited to individuals with an interest in working in a lively office environment, an interest in operations, assets and customer service and an appetite to develop strong administration skills. Good organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to hold a multitude of tasks simultaneously. The role will provide support for the Organisational Support Manager and the Senior Leadership Team.
