We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and other senior leadership members. In this role, you will provide flexible, seamless, day-to-day support across the group as well as working closely with many internal teams and groups.
Diary and inbox management; ensuring the CEO and members of the senior leadership team are always on top of their inbox and well prepared for meetings.
Organisation of meetings and off-sites, including venue booking, documentation preparation and invitations.
Travel and expense administration for members of the senior leadership team.
Organising and attending monthly Board meetings: planning and scheduling monthly Board meetings including collating board reports, minute taking, booking venues / meeting rooms, organising refreshments and bi-annual Board dinners.
Ad-hoc project work and support for the senior leadership team including ordering working lunches for teams offsites, researching and booking venues.
Senior Finance team support: documents signing, scheduling financial meetings including Audit Com, approving payments of invoices, electronic filing of documents
The ideal person
A minimum of 2 years EA experience
Excellent communication skills; able to write good grammatically-correct English
Strong research skills; able to find information quickly and present it accessibly
A helpful and friendly attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality support
A learner, someone who picks things up quickly
An interest in the education sector
A person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
