About the People Team

The People Team at ZOE executes and delivers on all aspects of the People Experience, helping to foster a high performing, collaborative and enjoyable environment with our people right at the centre. Our job is to find great people and then do our best to look after them so that they flourish in their role and can build great things with the rest of us. 

We design and optimise for "people experience" - aiming to understand how each discipline within the business works and borrowing the best parts of their various tools, techniques and processes to help us create a great place to work for us all. We’ve made some big plans for the next year to ensure ZOE is the best place to work, and attracts the best talent as a result. 

About the role

As our first Talent Partner you will be supported by, and working closely with our TA Manager. Your main objective will be to help us build and iterate on a world-class internal recruitment function that ensures that we not only attract but also retain high performing team members with a strong connection to our mission and values in a sustainable and scalable way. This role will suit you if you are an exceptionally empathetic individual with a passion for recruitment and talent who can be both very strategic and a superb hands-on executor. You have probably worked in roles with multiple responsibilities or juggling different things simultaneously and may have some startup experience to boot.

You'll be

Taking candidates from intro to offer; be the best first impression of ZOE, and a constant point of contact throughout the process Collaborating with hiring managers to define an awesome candidate experience and interview process for every hire - ensuring job descriptions are well written, sourcing strategies are fit for purpose, and hiring processes and comp packages are finalised Partnering with internal teams, and external bodies to create truly inclusive processes, and proactively attracting diverse talent that is key to our success Co-managing our ATS, ensuring we have a clean and accurate system and using it to understand your relevant KPIs Guiding and helping educate hiring managers, interviewers and the broader company on recruiting approach and process, providing interview training to teams on a regular basis Contributing to all recruiting initiatives including internships, referrals, employer branding, campus recruiting, and recruiting events to build a talent pipeline and handling direct applicants, referrals and candidates from recruitment partners Sourcing, engaging and nurturing relationships with a passive talent for key functions Tracking and reporting goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle Co-creating our employer branding initiatives 

We think this role would be a great fit if

You have a high EQ and are very empathetic; you can connect and build relationships with people from all backgrounds, love connecting people to opportunities and have a healthy competitive streak when it comes to the close You have previous experience in full-cycle recruiting and a successful track record of sourcing and closing roles across multiple functions and seniority levels You know how to create and manage excellent candidate experiences for all candidates, those we bring forward and those we don’t - we want everyone to leave the experience feeling great You are action-oriented, entrepreneurial doer, a builder and someone able to move very fast, be highly flexible while going deep when needed You have a track record of building diverse talent pipelines and understand the importance of DEI fully You are systematic and organised and you know how to set up and look at the metrics/feedback to continuously optimise
