ScholarTribe is a London-based ClimateTech startup founded in 2021. We’re the freelance marketplace to hire academics, currently working exclusively in the climate space.
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to join our team as soon as possible. The Head of Growth will be responsible for the strategy and execution of ScholarTribe’s commercial vision.
This role balances thoughtful strategy with hard-work and driven execution. Working alongside Hamish (ScholarTribe’s Founder), the foundation of the role is strategy, understanding how ScholarTribe fits into the puzzle of climate challenges that companies face. At the moment, our core customers are SMEs/consumer brands and VCs.
Building on this strategic foundation, the role involves execution, growing the business through the acquisition of new clients. Here, the specifics of the role will evolve organically. We’re focused on results rather than process, and as such encourage initiative and ownership. We expect this to include a mixture of traditional B2B business development outreach, targeted networking at conferences/events, as well as through digital channels alongside our partner agency.
ScholarTribe is at an exciting inflection point, having built up a customer base of leading brands/VCs, and launching the marketplace platform this month. We’re looking for someone that’s going to be an integral part of our team as we continue to grow over the coming months and years.
