AET is one of the largest academy trusts in the country, with a network of primary, secondary and special schools spanning nearly every region in the country.
We are creating a brand new Strategy Team that will be dedicated to the design and delivery of AET’s strategy and operating model, as well as being on point to identify, evaluate and recommend strategic opportunities as they arise.
We are looking for someone with consulting experience and a passion for education to join the Strategy Team and support the Head of Strategy. You will be responsible for launching and project managing the Trust’s strategic initiatives, working closely with the Insights team and a large number of stakeholders to monitor performance, identify and remove obstacles to successful implementation. You will also co-design and implement the critical change management and communications plan.
