Volunteer Bid Writer to help with Fundraising Appeal

What will you be doing?

Your role? You'll be supporting our Head of Charity and Fundraising (who is currently a sole fundraiser) with bid writing to apply to Trust and Foundations for funding. With a variety of projects looking to be funded, you will help gather the information needed to write a compelling bid. You will also bring knowledge of how to research to find potential grants to apply for.  Key deliverables will include but not be limited to:

Information gathering on various projects Writing compelling bids/grant applications  Researching potential grants to apply for 

You'll work closely with the Head of Charity and Fundraising who will be on hand to support and we are flexible in how you manage your time and input. 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in:

Writing compelling grant applications and bids  Who has knowledge on Trust and Foundations that we may be able to apply to Who understands the criteria and information needed for an application Whom may have previously worked in a Fundraising role  Who has a passion for supporting our NHS and hospitals

What difference will you make?

Your support will help Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity generate more income and help to fund projects across our hospitals. These projects will benefit our patients, their families and our incredible NHS staff.
