An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and commercially minded executive with a stong interest in wellbeing. The role will have potential to develop into the CEO and help grow the company to develop its strategy, build out sales and operations, allowing the cofounders to focus on product and partnerships.

Ideally the candidate will have experience in B2B and B2C and will have successfully scaled a technology company.

Job Role & Responsibilities will include:


  • Heading up day to day operations, inspiring the team and driving growth.


  • Contributing to company strategy and commercialisation;


  • Growing, hiring and structuring the organisation for maximum efficiency


  • Representing the company in pitches, meetings and conferences.

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a candidate who has a proven track record working in a startup and scaling the business.

The non-negotiables:


  • Knowledge of scaling up a tech startup with experience in business management.


  • Knowledge of developing strategy, setting goals and executing against budget.


  • High competency in both managing and growing a team of staff to drive target KPIs


  • Excellent organizational skills, with impressive ability to manage a multitude of responsibilities and get things done.


  • Entrepreneurial, commercially and operationally minded.


  • Excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics


  • Supportive leadership style


  • Have a relevant business degree ideally an MBA


Highly desirable:


  • Successfully built or run another technology start-up


  • Experience in the B2B and B2C space


  • Experience in managing investors and raising finance


  • Passion for psychology and wellbeing


  • Experience in sales and data monetisation.


  • Experience of managing finance or similar financial exposure


  • High competency in understanding, implementing and maintaining systems/automation within a business.
