William McQuillan is a partner at Frontline Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that believes in ideas and investing in passion.

Prior to this he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Osmoda.com, an online sales platform targeting some of Europe's top emerging fashion brands. William escaped a job in investment banking to do work he felt genuinely passionate about. He hasn't looked back since. In this short film we ask him to share his biggest learnings so far on career change and entrepreneurship.
