What you'll learn

When looking to make a career change, it can feel like an overwhelming task. With so many options, or a feeling of a lack of options, it's hard to know where to start. We've been helping people to figure out what they want to do in their careers and lives for the past 10 years. In this course we break down how to figure out your career possibilities, giving you ideas as to what you might like to do next, and rooting those potential paths in things that you are genuinely interested in. We'll challenge the conventional wisdom of figuring out what to do with your life, and show you that you have many choices and paths available to you at any given time. Part creativity, part self-awareness, we'll help you get clear on what could be next.

Frequently Asked Questions

All your questions should be answered here

Probably not, because we don't believe there is just one answer or path that could be fulfilling for you. In this course we help you generate possible options, from there it's up to you to explore what those might mean and experiment with where you might like to go.

We advocate a "try before you buy" approach to career change. We've designed a career experimentation course which is designed to follow on from this one. You don't have to buy that course, you can simply start reaching out to people in the possible paths you've identified and do what you can to experiment what that might be like. Whatever you do after this course, it has to involve action!

Yeah we hear you, but we can attest that from many years of using this methodology in our Career Change Accelerator programme as well as our workshops, it works. If you're not sure where to start with your next career, you firstly need options and this course is designed to give you just that. You have to do the work, you have to think about what you want, but we'll give you the prompts to do so in a way that does work if you'll allow it to.
