What you'll learn

Over the past 10 years we've watched many talented and ambitious people struggle to choose careers which really feel right for them. Trapped in the expectations of others, or following the feeling of "should" rather than "must". So we've developed what we call the "Good Career Criteria", a set of elements when joined together make a sort of compass, giving us clarity in decision making and arming us with a newfound knowledge of what matters to us in our next job and what we need from a fulfilling career. This course is designed to take you through step by step, the process of building out your own 'compass'. We'll ask you to think carefully about what matters to you and about the tools you have in your arsenal. The result? A better understanding of what work will be fulfilling for you, and a tool to help you make better career decisions for yourself now and in the future.

Testimonial

"I found the value mapping and building the compass INVALUABLE. It has really helped me to narrow down where I want to go and helped me evaluate companies on characteristics I care about as opposed to what others expect. I have found 12 organisations that I would truly enjoy working for and 16 job opportunities/open job applications that would be perfect."
