Bloody Good Period

A whistle-stop tour of all things periods, menstruation and menopause at work.

Did you know tampons go out of date?

Or that 89% of people experience anxiety at work due to their period?

We aim to start breaking down some of the barriers and stereotypes you may unconsciously hold about periods at work that continue to keep conversations about menstrual health on the down-low and get in the way of having open conversations around periods and menopause in the workplace.

It won't all be doom and gloom, we promise! We're here to help you think of ways to improve the above, which will in turn bolster retention, recruitment and reputational value for your company. We want you to get your thinking caps on to figure out some quick wins you might be able to get in motion this week, this quarter and this year to improve your workplace culture.
