• Anyone with an existing blog – or idea for a blog – that wants advice on growing their following and how to start generating an income from their work.
• Please come prepared to tell the class about your blog idea, or briefly discuss the project you’ve already started working on. During the class, attendees will be encouraged to discuss their idea for a blog or personal website.
• Please note that this class includes presentations and interactive discussions – it does not require any software experience or feature technical training. To learn how to create a website for your blog, we recommend also attending our ‘How to create a Wordpress website in a day’ workshop.

Tutor profile

Charly Lester is the cofounder of Lumen, a dating app for over 50s. She recently received a £3.5m investment from the owner of Bumble, and her previous companies include the international annual Dating Awards; and A League of Her Own, an organisation designed to encourage female entrepreneurship.
