The V&A is a family of museums dedicated to the power of creativity. Our mission is to champion design and creativity in all its forms, advance cultural knowledge, and inspire makers, creators, and innovators everywhere. We share a 5,000-year-old story of creativity through exhibitions, events, educational programmes, digital experiences, conservation, research and an ever-evolving national collection of over 2.8 million objects spanning every creative discipline.
Today, the V&A continues to operate on a global scale through research, loans, strategic partnerships, touring exhibitions, professional training and consultancies, supported by the International Programmes Team.
The International Programmes Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join us at a critical moment, as the V&A expands its family of sites and international partnership ambitions.
Working within the International Programmes Team you will have the chance to support work across V&A South Kensington, Young V&A (Bethnal Green), V&A East (Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park), V&A Dundee, V&A Wedgwood Collection (Stoke-on-Trent) and V&A Gallery at Design Society, Shekou (Shenzhen, China).
In this role, you'll work within a dynamic team environment, operating in a matrix-style approach within the V&A’s Directorate. We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
