We’re looking for an exceptional B2B Communications Specialist to join the Polish superstar team at Too Good To Go in Warsaw.
Your mission
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-driven B2B Communication Specialist to drive communication efforts to & with our partners and participate in creating amazing campaigns educating about the issue of food waste in Poland. You will be responsible for nourishing and strengthening the relationships with our Key Accounts by working on a day to day basis and very closely with the Key Account Managers team and Head of Sales, in order to promote food waste fight with our B2B partners.
This role will report to the B2B Communication Manager and be a part of Too Good To Go’s close-knit, dynamic and agile marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to educate on the issue of food waste and establish the brand in Poland and among our partners through: creating tailored targeted pitch decks, presentations, testimonials, marketing/press materials, lead generation partnerships, webinars and regular check-ins with the marketing and leadership team.
We want the B2B Communication Specialist to be proactive, able to manage own projects independently and creatively draw attention to the massive food waste issue, drive awareness to our app as a solution and communicate our impact against climate change.
Your responsibilities:
- Together with B2B Communications Manager, develop personalized strategy, plans and ideas for communication to and with our partners from the food sector.
- Develop & coordinate release of content created for & with our partners, i.e. social media content, sales pitch presentations, sales one-pagers, flyers, communication briefs, press releases, interviews, articles, blog posts, website content.
- Manage our current Key Account community by making sure we always inspire, entertain and make them feel special. Build strong relationships with partners via social events and interactions. Be able to adapt the event strategy to the current situation.
- Building strong relationships with our Key Account marketing departments. Negotiation, follow-up, communication assets to push on all their channels.
- Strategize, develop and coordinate lead generation activities with HoReCa industry partners through custom mailings, webinars, campaigns. This includes basic CMS activities (creating text and layout of custom landing pages)
- Monitor, analyze and communicate results of activities shared with our partners.
Requirements & skills:
- You have at least three years of experience as a PR/Communications/Marketing Specialist in-house or in an agency.
- You have great skills in creating customized sales & marketing materials, both in writing and graphic - experience in basic graphic design principles is more than welcome.
- You love to write and are able to write clear, creative and compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. social media, ads, blog posts, newsletters, presentations, website, articles).
- You are able to quickly grasp the project requirements and develop relevant materials with minimal supervision. You’ve successfully worked on small, medium and large projects with creative professionals, e.g. motion & graphic designers, marketing & communication managers.
- You are fully proficient in Polish.
- You have excellent English skills: able to prepare presentations in English and communicate with international teams (at least B2).
- PowerPoint/Google Sheets skills are a must-have. InDesign/Illustrator nice to have.
- You understand social media & know SEO best practices.
- Super strong drive. We repeat: super strong drive. You are a self-starter and proactive person, who can perfectly manage their time and projects.
