We are looking for an exceptional Global Lead Scraper  to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go. 

Your mission

We are looking for a Global Lead Scraper in the Global Sales Operations Team with a true passion for data. You have strong communication skills, which will enable you to build and share our collective lead generation process amongst the Too Good To Go community. Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in delivering high quality leads to countries in order for them to achieve their business goals and build the right sales funnels.

You're excited to build the best lead database in various markets in order to scale our impact - you eat data for breakfast! 

The role will ideally be based in Madrid.

Your role

You will report to the Head of Global Sales Operations, based in Madrid, and work across countries as well as with Global functions like Key Accounts, Indie Sales. We currently have a Lead Generation team with 2 Lead Scrapers and a Lead Gen specialist, who coded a lead scraping Tool for To Good To Go which you will be using to scrape new leads in Google Maps. You will be the voice of the countries you support from a Lead Generation perspective. You will help them to plan, challenge, support and clean their lead lists. Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in supporting countries in building the right sales funnel for their sales teams.

• You will analyse, improve and clean lead databases for all countries.
• You will scrape, qualify and organise sales leads in the food industry to ensure a smooth sales flow for our local sales teams.
• You will look at current lead scraping processes and add new ways of working.
• You are a fast learner and capable of working with cross-functional teams and people from different backgrounds and cultures.
• You will analyse data from existing operations in order to understand our business better and to support teams and managers to make the right data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Data/Operations, preferably in a fast-scaling tech start-up environment.
• You are advanced in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Tech-savviness and ability to identify and communicate technical needs and challenges.
• You’re a real wizard when it comes to data, scripts, scraping and using a large range of tools.
• You love scraping data and have the ability to explain complex things in a simple way.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus. 
• Next to Web-scraping experience and basic coding.
• Proactive, organised and obsessed with details.
• You are a make-it- happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
• You are flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• You love working with a high degree of accuracy, you are never tired of double- checking.
• You are autonomous and self-motivated: able to work in a highly demanding environment, you take initiative to start the next mission before it’s asked.
• You have a genuine passion for fighting food waste.
• Top-of-the-class English speaker – All the communication in the global team will be in English. Other languages are a big plus.
• You are a team player and like to work in an established group.
