Job Outline:

Crowdcube is hiring a Junior Salesforce Admin to report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a revenue operations professional or Junior Salesforce Administrator to join the commercial team at Crowdcube. We’re looking for a strategically minded, impact focused individual to help build a rhythm, process and automation within our sales team. As part of this role, you will be utilising the latest technology and systems to work cross-collaboratively. You will have a strong desire to ensure the continued efficiency and optimisation of the sales and partnerships functions to help enable Crowdcube’s future ambitious growth plans.

What you will be doing:

This individual will report to the Head of Revenue Operations and will primarily focus on maintaining the Salesforce data and validating records daily. You will be the first line of support for the Commercial team for all inbound requests. You will get extensive hands-on Salesforce experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn in a rapidly growing company.

Day to day you will be:

  • Solving problems and mastering data ownership across our CRM(Salesforce) and B2B stack.

  • A point of knowledge and trust for all of our revenue-focused teams.

  • Developing process documentation and sales strategy alignment to maximise our sales teams’ understanding of our systems, structures and enablement.

  • Optimising data flows for automation and to enable sales team funnel execution focus. 

  • Running, managing and optimising B2B outbound and partnerships activity across email, sequences and LinkedIn, with a desire to create flows and feedback loops.

  • Building, finding and generating new contact strategies using the latest industry data.

  • Working closely with key senior strategic heads to support growth activity that closely correlates with Crowdcube’s company OKRs.

  • Helping with the training and onboarding of new commercial team members, highlighting the importance of our data model across our three-sided marketplace.

  • Developing sales enablement process and tracking to support and connect the sales and marketing teams.

  • Maintaining  data quality and the continued enrichment and refinement of data within Salesforce

  • A Salesforce 1st line end user business support for Sales and related functions.

  • Furthering the adoption of the Sales Process through delivering on-going training and regular updates of documentation.

  • Working cross-functionally with global teams across the business

  • Acting as a support for the Revenue team

Ideally you will have:

  • 1-2 years of commercial revenue operations/ Salesforce experience

  • Experience in developing an evolutionary sales technology stack to aid retention and community development.

  • A natural communicator with excellent skills in training, educating and supporting sales functions.

  • Capability to connect - automate - execute and all with focus, impact and imagination.

  • A proven background of working with the latest sales stack technologies (Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn)

  • Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A background in turning internal user journeys into process documentation and product.

  • Experience in scale-ups and startups or interest and passion for funding the next generation of entrepreneurs.

  • A technology-minded problem solver who is both empathetic and demanding while setting and expecting high standards.

  • A natural drive to fail, innovate and improve.

  • Commercially minded, action orientated with the confidence to question and prioritise.
  • Highly analytical and inquisitive nature with a desire to prove, measure, test and learn.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with an eye for detail.

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
