Job Type: Full-time; Permanent Role

Location: Hybrid; Mostly 'work from anywhere' but will require some travel to central London and to UK-based client sites.

Applicants are required to have the Right to Work in the UK.

About us: Menkus & Associates is a boutique strategy and purpose advisory firm helping senior leadership teams make sense of complexity, surface the real choices in front of them, and align their organisations around decisions that matter.

Our engagements are deliberately collaborative and senior-led, focusing on activating organisations through three connected capabilities:

  • Strategy and Purpose: When strategy connects to deeper human drivers, it creates energy, commitment, and new potential for performance, not just alignment on paper.
  • Organisational Design: Many organisations do 'all the right things,' yet progress remains slow due to unclear accountabilities, weak performance rhythms, and no shared mental model of the realities of the business.
  • Management Empowerment: Today, success doesn't come from more top-down direction, it comes from middle-out leadership. By enabling managers to think and behave differently, organisations unlock innovation and momentum.

In addition to consulting, we host The Purposeful Strategist, a weekly podcast discussing how business leaders themselves bring purpose intro real strategic action.

About the role:

The Associate plays a central role in the day-to-day operations and continued growth of Menkus & Associates. Working closely with the firm's founder, this role helps ensure the smooth running of the business while supporting client delivery and business development activities. The Associate acts as a force multiplier for the firm - removing operational friction, strengthening internal systems, and enabling focus on high-value strategic work. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys working across operations, client engagement, and firm development in a fast-moving boutique consulting environment.

This role may evolve with client demands and your interests, but the following core responsibilities will stay constant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee core administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, event planning, and liaising with clients and external partners.
  • Manage the CRM system (Pipedrive), ensuring an accurate and up-to-date client pipeline and reporting.
  • Produce and coordinate the firm's podcast series, including identifying guests, managing outreach, editing episodes, developing promotional content, and publicising episodes across platforms.
  • Support the design, preparation, and delivery of client workshops, including developing presentation materials.
  • Support the firm's research initiatives, assisting in data gathering, interviews, and synthesis of findings.
  • Assist with business development activities, including identifying prospective clients and contributing to proposals and outreach.
  • Maintain and update the firm's website and social media presence to support brand positioning.
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge management, enhancing operational efficiency across the firm.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong time management to handle multiple projects and events.
  • The ability to translate abstract concepts into practical client support.
  • Familiarity with or the capacity to learn tools like Microsoft Office, Riverside, and Squarespace.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Good judgement.
  • And a confident, personable communicator who can engage effectively with senior stakeholders (whether on calls or in meetings).

What You Gain:

  • Structured training and onboarding.
  • Mentorship from Managing Director with decades of high-level consulting experience.
  • Opportunities to build your network and build professional skills.
  • Exposure to real projects early in your career.
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment.
  • The opportunity to contribute to work that has meaningful impact for firms.
  • Hybrid working.

Must start by: 20 April, 2026

Compensation: £30,000 per annum
