We’re looking for an Operations Lead to help accelerate 3 key areas of the business – Financial, Recruitment and Admin. The role:
- Operational execution
- Simplify and streamline key areas of the business with systems that speed up execution
- Financial operations (Procurement, Budgeting)
- Admin (Contracts, Leasing, travel, Accommodation)
- Recruitment (Candidate sourcing, execution of plan)
- Operational design
- Organisational efficiency
- Strategic Expansion opportunities
Core skills:
- 3+ years professional experience – doesn’t have to be in specific field
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proof of work – what have you done before this that shows you can get stuff done fast and take on a lot of responsibility?
Questions we’d want you to have a strong understanding of:
- How would you think about increasing the speed of an organisations execution? How would you reason from the ground up?
- How would you reason for/against doing certain processes in-house or outsourcing?
- What matters to you in managing a team or a person specifically? What is your belief system around this?
- How do you think about building “systems” across business units? What does this mean to you?

Specifics:
- £50-70K Salary depending on experience
