So what’s the mission of the Employee Relations Advisor?

 “To co-create and nurture an experience for our retail team that supports them to reach their full potential. Providing an outstanding advisory service that puts our values at the core and leads with curiosity and a human approach”

This is a junior manager level role reporting into our People Experience Lead. This role has plenty of scope to grow and develop in all areas of People Experience.

What does success look like in this role?

  • You will be the main point of contact for our Store Managers on all people advice.
  • You will provide coaching, guidance and support on all performance or conduct concerns that arise, resolving people challenges efficiently and discreetly
  • You will manage all end to end case management including disciplinaries, grievances and leading investigations
  • You will build relationships across the business with a profile rooted in trust and responsibility
  • You will know how to handle sensitive situations discreetly and efficiently
  • You will work very closely with the wider People Team and develop strong relationships with our Area Managers to deliver successfully on the above

What would you like from me?

  • First and foremost you are a people person. You handle conflict effortlessly and know how to support others to
  • Degree or keen interest in human psychology or coaching
  • Motivated by bringing out the best in people and creating experiences that support people to flourish
  • Confidence in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Effortlessly lead with empathy & inclusion able to consider multiple individual perspectives
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities and moving goalposts
  • Travel to all stores in London and regional expected
